ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals, ensuring consistent growth and success.
  • Proactively identify insurance sales opportunities from our existing customer base.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success everyday.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Assess clients' insurance requirements and offer appropriate coverage options tailored to their needs.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, coverage limits, and policy features to help them make informed decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to provide the best possible service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Agent to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • To qualify to Work from Home Flexible or Fully Remote position, you must live outside Oahu 
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license 
  • Life & Health license or must be able to obtain
